I finally have my internet back. Yippee!! So sorry it took so long, it was only suppose to be a couple of days. Funny thing is when I called to complain {again} the lady said, "Hmm it says no technician needed. It's all done remotely." What?!?! I've been waiting all this time and this was done w/o anyone needed.. Ugh. How redonkculous.
