This past Christmas we welcomed a cutie patootie named Jake into our home.  He's a little Chiweenie.  Though we had intentions on giving him chew treats, we hadn't yet.  Mainly because he's so tiny we would probably have to go to a pet store vs our normal stop.  Chew treats are very important because of their dental health, but some are hard on their digestion. Bad teeth can result in infections, kidney and heart diseases!   It's in their nature to chew.  Unfortunately sometimes your favorite things.  In our case it's always Caitlin's dolls.

My Thoughts:

"SmartBones is made using extruded, wholesome, grain starch and other vegetables such as Sweet potatoes, carrots and peas, in the place of rawhide and combining it with irresistible chicken jerky."
That statement is why I am proud and feel great about giving SmartBones.  The minute I gave Jake a bone I knew he was in heaven.  It didn't take long for him to devour it and come back for another.

These tiny treats were the perfect size of him! Best of all I won't be worried after he wolfs down a bone, because I know it's good for him.
