JumpStart 3D Virtual World Review & Giveaway

You can find a lot of virtual world games out there.  Animals, wizards, cartoons.  They're pretty neat.  Even at my age!  I always have to check out the games before I allow the kids on.  They're still kinda young to me. 



I was asked to review a game I hadn't yet tried.  JumpStart!  So of course, knowing how much the kids love these types of games, I said yes.  Jump Start is a 3D virtual world that allows your child to pick and chose their avatar.  From the color of their eyes and skin to their style of clothes.  You can even have your very own pet!  After that you jump into a game where kids all over the web are playing.  So there's socializing.  You can have IRL (in real life) friends meet up with you in the game via their buddy list.

But this isn't just another virtual world game.  JumpStart makes learning an adventure.  From 3y/o to well......even I had fun learning!  But I think the max targeted age is 10.

If you can see it, in the background there it say the ages the games in that section are designed for.  Makes things much less frustrating for the little ones.

A favorite spot of my kids is Science Land.  You can go thru mazes to save the Queen Ant and earn coins.  If you click on an ant they give you fun science facts.
Another favorite is Future land.  You do missions and get coins and treasure chests.

But I think the family favorite is the pets.  You get to raise them from an egg!

I like JumpStart for two reasons.  I feel it's safe for my kids, I watch them very closely.  And I love the learning they have.  To them, they're just playing a game, it's too fun to be anything else!
