Toy Story Action Links

I had another amazing opportunity from Mom Select, this time to host a Toy Story Action Links party thanks to Mattel.

I Received:

5 Action Link Stunt Sets:

10 Buddy Packs

I had a total of 12 kids attend, it turned into mass choas fast! When they saw the theme of this party, you can just imagine that house!

Toy Story is family favorite. We had watched both and were very super excited to see a 3rd come out this year. We had the kids play first then we followed up with the movie.

These sets come in quite a few pieces, we had to move the assembly to the floor to have the area to really spread out. We had the younger ones occupied with the buddy packs while the older children did the stunt sets.

The oldest of the children {10-13 y/o's} had no problem putting them together. While the 6-9 y/o's needed extra help.

When assembled they create a chain reaction. While the Toy Story Action Link Stunt Sets come with their own action figures, you can place any of the "buddies" from the Buddy Sets in. Changing it up a bit from the Dr. Evil Porkchop to Jessie, or whoever you chose.

One stunt set can be fun alone, but you can interlock them all to make one fun movie set! Buzz lands and sets off the train, the train tracks end and sets off the baby who goes down the slide at the daycare knocking off a basket sending Woody on a zipline who stops and triggers Jesse to go down the tracks in a mine cart. She hits the trash truck lid opens and knocks a sign down, that starts the conveyor belt...so on and so forth. That did take a bit of turns. It's like doing dominoes. Sometimes they don't all fall down. But us Moms got down on the floor and tweaked it with the kids. Eventually, we got it! It looked so cool!

This is one toy that has so many ways to set up. Change the order, the action figures, your child can come up with their own story!
