My Thoughts:
I had Hubby take the reins on this one. He mounted the Dropcam at our house while we were living in town so we could keep an eye on the place. Living where there are so many border crossers made it nice to have that peace of mind if someone was on our property that shouldn't be, we'd know real quick!
The set up "was a breeze" Hubby said. No confusing wires or plug ins. He just plugged it in and let our internet do the rest! Because it plugs into the wall there are no looking for batteries. Just a steady stream of whats going on! I have to say the video clarity is wonderful! Another point that is awesome, is the ability to get an alert if there is motion detected right to your Android or email. Viewing my camera online is very easy and private.
I had initially wanted this in our Father's Day Gift Guide, but they SOLD OUT!!! It's no wonder. I'm in love with this tiny thing! Now that we're back here living in the house I've packed it away for our move. There are so many ways to use this at the new place.
