Little Wonder Company Book Review

This is so cool!  The Little Wonder Company, 2010 Kid Product of the Year Award Winner by Creative Child Magazine, has created a site to completely customize their books for your child.  Their thought is a child responds more to vivid illustrations and that is what keeps a childs attention.

I went to create my sons book.  He's in 1st grade, 5 yrs old., right in the age group of who this book is designed for {3-8}.  First of all, I noticed everything is customizable.  The hair type/color, eye shape/color, face shape/skin tone, age/size, sort of like making an avatar online.  They even include dimples, freckles and glasses!  The little cartoon really kinda looks like my son!

It's a story with his name and face in it, so he's the hero!  It truly made him feel special that this was a book for him about him.

I love that you can include a personal dictation to your child ours read:

Dear Wyatt,
Our wonderfully curious little man. Each day you bring me and Daddy such smiles in our hearts. We are very proud in everything you do. We love you!
Love, Mommy& Daddy

It comes in either hard/soft cover and download.  Starting at just 4.99 for the download.  These personalized children's books would make a great gift for any child.
